3. Artist Content and Payouts

Artists retain all rights to the audio and video content they broadcast or upload on the platform. By uploading content, artists grant Lugmatic a limited license to stream and distribute the content within the platform. Lugmatic pays artists 95% of the net revenue generated from virtual gifts received during live sessions, subject to our payout terms and standard payment processing fees.

4. Virtual Currency (Lugmatic Coins)

Lugmatic Coins are virtual tokens that can be purchased and used solely within the platform to interact with and support artists. Coins have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash by users.

All the materials on Lugmatic’s website are provided "as is". Lugmatic makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Lugmatic does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this website.
